Geeks also, but nerds especially. They use their brains and eventually… the toys they like to play with… can become powerful weapons:

OFN… but it still makes me laugh every time.

  1. I always defined geeks as people who don’t know they are geeks, and thus they are proud when they shouldn’t be. And nerds are people who know they are geeks, and are still proud anyway. I’m a nerd 🙂

    • See I always viewed geeks as the more cultured version of nerds. Nerds may be more intellectual, and maybe more learned, but they tend to be less social than the standard geek.
They both like the same stuff, but one’s more reclusive and more intellectual while the other is more outgoing and less of a bookworm. I’m kind of down the middle. I’m very social, but I also consider myself scholarly.

  2. Hmm it seems like your website ate my first comment (it was extremely long) so I guess I’ll just sum it up what I had written and say, I’m thoroughly enjoying your blog. I as well am an aspiring blog writer but I’m still new to everything. Do you have any recommendations for newbie blog writers? I’d genuinely appreciate it.
